Who
do we support? Are you having difficulty coping with the stresses of life bringing up a young family? If you live in Westminster and have at least one child under five, we may be able to help you.
What
do we offer?We offer support through our network of fully trained and police-checked volunteers. These volunteers have usually been parents, or understand the difficulties that families often go through. The volunteer will normally visit you once a week for two hours, and will spend time listening and talking to you, playing with your children or whatever support you need. Unfortunately volunteers cannot provide babysitting, but are happy to support you in other ways.

can I get support?Click here to contact us and refer yourself or ask for more information. If you prefer, you can ask your health visitor, social worker or GP to refer you.
